Information provided to FULL MFG
The forms collect contact details, company information, project requirements, selected services and any files you submit. Full Manufacturing LLC uses this information to review and respond to the request.
Storage and access
Customer files are stored outside the public website directory. Authorized staff can access released files; quarantined files are not available for download. Invited customers see only records assigned to their account. The website does not place project files in the public media library.
Browser storage and service providers
Saving a draft is optional and stores form fields on your device for seven days. Files are not saved in the draft. Submission uses a one-hour security cookie; signing in uses WordPress session cookies. Hostinger provides hosting and server infrastructure. Configured email services process notification addresses and request references. Project files are not attached to notification emails. No advertising or analytics trackers are included.
Security and project coordination
The server processes connection information, including IP addresses and security logs, to operate and protect the service. Intake rate limits use keyed identifiers. Files undergo local security screening before staff or customers can download them. Project information may be shared with a manufacturing partner when needed for an agreed sourcing or production scope; submitting a brief does not publish it to a supplier marketplace.
Retention and requests
We retain information needed to evaluate and service requests, maintain agreed project records and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact jack@fullmfg.com and include your request reference. We may ask for information to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Files and historical revisions are not automatically overwritten.
